Welcome

Welcome to my practice, where I will guide and assist you with emotional and psychological healing and your personal development. If you are browsing this website, then maybe you are experiencing an issue that you want or need support with.

As a dedicated therapist, I am here to assist you in taking the next steps in your journey.   Whether you're facing challenging psychological issues or seeking to overcome emotional barriers, I am committed to providing a safe space for your healing and growth.  Together, we will navigate the issues, utilising effective therapeutic techniques to empower you on the path to a healthier and more fulfilling life.

I offer a warm and friendly, supportive space for you to explore whatever is on your mind.  My approach is non-judgemental, client focussed and collaborative.

I adhere to the ethical framework of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP).

Who I work with

I work with you and what you bring.  This may be a wish to explore a nagging sense of dissatisfaction, anxiety or discomfort, or to alleviate feelings of grief, pain or sadness. You may be struggling with the memories and effects of past experiences, or feel at the mercy of your own inner critic. You may be seeking support at a crossroads or with a challenging decision.  You may feel frustrated and exhausted, attempting to solve the seemingly unsolvable or feel it is time to change unhelpful patterns or habits.  You may bring all or some of the above, or something different.

My approach

I believe that we are all experts on ourselves and that there is great transformative power and relief when we feel truly seen and heard.  Whatever you bring, I will meet you where you are at this moment, taking your needs and sensibilities into account in the pace and depth of the work we do.  I will work with you collaboratively and compassionately in an atmosphere of empathy, flexibility, and safety.
