HIGH PERFORMANCE 

To achieve consistent high performance you require a high performance mindset.

In order to do this it is critical that you define for yourself what high performance means for you. 

Is your definition of high performance about being your personal best or the best in the world? Or is it about what you achieve?

In a high pressure situation are you aware of your own inner dialogue and are you able to manage it? Are you aware of your own physiology and are you able to control it?

Having self-knowledge about what is truly important to you and having mental skills such as confidence and calmness can be crucial in unleashing high performance, especially in high pressure situations.

The goal is to line up your thoughts, words and actions to be in alignment with your definition of high performance. In this way you can bring your authentic self to each moment even in the face of challenges. This can facilitate the achievement of a flow state which is when unbridled high performance is truly exhibited.
